To better serve you, we are proud to announce our joint venture with eValues.net online trading system. This system allows you three ways to authorize transactions to increase your trading opportunities:

   Email Authorizations
    
   Create and send an email using the following instructions:
   1) Enter the TO email address as authorize@eValues.net
   2) Enter a valid FROM email address for the system to reply to. IMPORTANT: If the FROM email is not valid, then you will not receive an authorization response.
   3) Enter the word AUTHORIZE as the subject
   4) Enter the Message Body in the following format:
   LINE 1: (Seller's 12 digit account number)
   LINE 2: (Buyer's 12 digit account number)
   LINE 3: (the Amount of the transaction)
   LINE 4: (description of what was sold)
   Do not use words or hyphens in the first three lines. Emails should look something like this:
   525101222201
   525101333301
   3750.00
   Hawaii vacation package
    
   Don't forget that line FOUR allows for description. This is what shows on your statements. You can enter up to 40 characters of information.
    
   THAT'S IT!
    
   Send your email authorization and the system will respond via an emailed response. You will either receive an emailed confirmation of your transaction OR a REJECTED email, which means your submission was not correct.

 

3. Online
    
   1) Once you have logged into www.eValues.net website, click on the Authorization Menu drop down menu button and click on e-Authorize.
   2) Select the company you are selling to by clicking on the red SEARCH button or you may enter the buyers 12 digit account number in the PURCHASER FIELD. Once selected. Enter the description of what was sold in the DESCRIPTION FIELD. This is the information that will display on your and the buyer’s statement so enter good information so everyone will remember what was bought 6 months from now. Enter the Amount (enter in your local currency amount such as 1200.00 in Canadian Dollars) and click on the Authorize button. You will either receive an Approved with the authorization number, or Declined notification.
   3) For transaction that happen outside of your local membership base, you may see the currency conversion amounts displayed. This is an automated function that converts all transactions into their respect local Exchange and buyer currency amounts. If you buy outside of your currency, the purchase amount will be displayed on your statement showing the amount the seller entered.
    
   IF YOU HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS IN THE SYSTEM:
   Both the Seller and Buyer will receive an AUTOMATED CONFIRMATION email on ALL authorized transactions, no matter how they were authorized. DO NOT CLICK the REPLY button if you have any questions on any confirmation email. Forward the transaction to the email address of the Exchange or your Trade Broker. They will research and answer your questions.

As part of these opportunities, the system has an automated daily broadcast email system that helps inform you of trading needs and availabilities. You will begin seeing emails from reports@evalues.net. Many times, there may be items you would like to buy, or sometimes someone has needs that you have an ability to sell to. Remember, this is a global system, and exposes you to thousands of traders like yourself, worldwide. Please take a minute each day and review the HOT, NEW and NEEDS broadcasts generated by the listings added to the eValues web site. You too can add items you wish to sell, and needs you have that can not initially be found within the database. Once again a feature we never had before.
